What You’ll Actually DO

• Develop & Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and other relevant channels. Focus on measurable ROI and client business objectives.

• Manage & Optimize Paid Campaigns: Hands-on management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation, effective targeting, and continuous performance improvement. Data analysis and iterative testing are core to this function.

• Data Analysis & Reporting - Metric Driven: Rigorous analysis of campaign performance data. Develop insightful reports, identify key trends, and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments. KPI tracking and ROI analysis are paramount.

• Budget Management & Forecasting - Accountable & Precise: Responsible for managing significant marketing budgets. Accurate forecasting, efficient allocation, and strict budget adherence are essential.

• A/B Testing & Experimentation - Data-Led Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests across various campaign elements (ad copy, creatives, landing pages). Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve - Continuous Learning: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the performance marketing landscape. Continuously research and implement industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates.

You're Kinda Perfect If

• Proven Performance Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, etc.). Agency experience strongly preferred.

• Data Analysis Mastery - Insights & Action: Exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Expertise in using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.) is mandatory.

• Platform Proficiency - Expert Level: Deep and demonstrable expertise with major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Budget Management Acumen - Responsible & Accountable: Strong experience managing significant marketing budgets and demonstrating responsible financial stewardship.

• A/B Testing & Optimization Rigor: Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and a commitment to data-driven optimization strategies.
